"If you are contemplating working with Grayce for nutrition help and accountability, do not hesitate! I recently started medical school and was in need of quick, easy, and filling meal ideas that could keep me fueled for my busy day (but not give me a blood sugar rollercoaster) - so enter my hero, Grayce. I have always been hesitant to “drink” meals and “eat” bars, but Grayce was able to give me nutritional guidance and recipes that I could sub in and out with ingredients that I actually enjoy and can tolerate. I hesitantly tried one of her smoothie recipes and was full for 5 hours but could have gone more, and did not have to think about food at all! Best of all, it tasted delicious! If you have questions about how to best fuel yourself in the most optimal way, definitely consult Grayce. Working with Grayce was an investment in my own health, as her recipes assisted with my milk production and gut alignment while postpartum, as well as my energy levels and cravings on a daily basis.
