Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Another delicious homemade hummus!
Eating a nutrient dense and mostly organic diet can definitely be expensive, but it doesn’t always have to be, which I think is something that social media incorrectly portrays. I love sharing my favorite natural food brands on here, with the intention of showing others that delicious products for various dietary needs actually do exist. But I am also very aware that they can be superrrr pricey. Yes, you can easily spend your funds on all of the quality snacks that the grocery store offers to save time and effort. But you can also just as easily make your own version at home for a fraction of the price. It’s all about prioritizing your health in a way that makes sense for you, whether that’s saving time or saving money.
So while I do have an obsession with natural food brands, I also don’t have the financial means to buy every new product. This is why I love sharing these easy and affordable recipes, in hopes to inspire others to make their favorite packaged foods at home. Plus, there’s something about a homemade meal or snack that just hits different…
So the next time you’re tempted to add an overpriced hummus to your cart, save your money and try making it at home instead. You’ll end up with a creamy, delicious bowl of goodness that ends up tasting way better than anything you could get from the store.
Here is a roasted red pepper version to give you some extra inspiration.
